アメリカ大統領選挙の「勝者総取り方式」："Winner-take-all method" in the US presidential election

アメリカの大統領選挙は、州に割り当てられた選挙人を全て獲得する「勝者総取り方式」。

州ごとに決まりや自治権があるからこういう方式になるのかもしれないが、単純に票数で決めた方が米国民も納得するのではないでしょうか?

The US presidential election is a "winner-all-take-all method" in which all the electors assigned to the state are acquired.

This may be the case because each state has its own rules and autonomy, but I think it would be more convincing for Americans to simply decide by the number of votes.
