核兵器禁止条約　2021年1月発行：Nuclear Weapons Ban Treaty issued in January 2021

理想を言えば、「核兵器のない世界」がもちろん望ましい。

しかし現実には、物事の理屈が通じない国がある。理屈が通じない国を抑えるために、核の抑止力を持つことが最終的には平和になる。

理屈が全て通じるなら、戦争や紛争は起きないはずだが、現実には今でも起こっている。
Ideally, a "world without nuclear weapons" is, of course, desirable.

But in reality, there are countries where things don't make sense. Ultimately, having nuclear deterrence will be peaceful in order to curb a country that does not make sense.

If all the reasoning is understood, there should be no war or conflict, but in reality it is still happening.
