温室効果ガス排出量ゼロ目標:Zero greenhouse gas emissions target.

温室効果ガスの排出量ゼロは、長い目で見たら必要でしょう。地球の気温上げ続けるわけにはいかない。

CO2の排出量削減とともに、CO2の吸収や再利用の取り組みも同時進行で進めることが大切だと思います。
Zero greenhouse gas emissions will be necessary in the long run. We cannot keep raising the temperature of the earth.

I think it is important to promote efforts to absorb and reuse CO2 at the same time as reducing CO2 emissions.
