基準地価が3年ぶりに下：Base land price falls for the first time in 3 years

観光地でこれだけ地価が下がるということは、どれだけ日本に観光に来る外国人が多かったか、ということでしょう。

飲食業、観光業は不況に弱いということが、今回のコロナ禍でよくわかりました。
The fact that land prices fall so much at tourist destinations means how many foreigners came to Japan for sightseeing.

It was well understood from this corona disaster that the restaurant and tourism industries are vulnerable to the recession.
