なぜミサイルを作り続けるのか?　#ミサイル：Why keep making missiles?

そもそもなぜミサイルを、開発する必要があるのか。開発する国があるから、その防衛にお金をかける国も出て来ざるを得ない。
 
他国を脅すことで外交を有利に進めようとするのは、真の国際協調ではない。
 
こんな綺麗事では、世界は仲良く出来ないのだろうか。
Why do we need to develop missiles in the first place? Since there are countries that develop, some countries have no choice but to spend money on their defense.

It is not true international cooperation that seeks to favor diplomacy by threatening other countries.

Isn't the world able to get along with such a beautiful thing?
