北方領土の歴史認識：Historical recognition of the Northern Territories

ロシアとこれだけ歴史認識が違うならば、北方領土返還は難しいでしょう。ロシアは中立条約を破ったつもりもなく、「戦勝の結果」という認識なのだから。
 
どちらの言い分が正しいかはわからないが、この認識を共有できる物にしない限り、北方領土返還は実現出来ないと思います。
If the historical perception is so different from Russia, it will be difficult to return the Northern Territories. Russia does not intend to break the Neutrality Treaty, but recognizes it as a "result of victory."

I don't know which one is correct, but I don't think the return of the Northern Territories will be possible unless this perception is shared.
