「ミサイルの脅しは効かないよ」というアピールでしょうか。
 
今この技術が一番必要なのは日本ではないでしょうか。北朝鮮に脅されてばかり。正当防衛は必要だと思います。

I think Japan needs this technology the most now. Just threatened by North Korea. I think self-defense is necessary.
