石炭火力抑制：Coal fire control

日本は地理的な条件もあって、欧州と比べて再生エネの普及が難しく、多額の資金も必要とする。結果、電気代も高くなりかねない。
 
難しい選択だが、最近の気候の異常現象が地球温暖化によるものとなれば、石炭火力の削減は進めないわけにはいかないでしょう。
Due to geographical conditions, it is more difficult for Japan to spread renewable energy than in Europe, and it requires a large amount of funds. As a result, the electricity bill may be high.

It's a difficult choice, but if the recent climate anomalies are due to global warming, we can't help but reduce coal-fired power.
