核保有を強調する北朝鮮：North Korea emphasizing nuclear possession

最近では「核抑止力で国を永遠に守る」と公言した金正恩。
 
核保有を続けるほど、他国からの強い援助はなくなるから、国は豊かにはならないでしょう。
 
あとは他国に迷惑をかけたときの共同制裁の仕組みが必要かと思います。
