国家安全法制度：National security law system

 
国連やG20の枠組みなどを活用して、他国に迷惑をかける国への共同制裁の仕組みを作ってはどうでしょうか。
China, a one-party dictator, has no one but other countries to stop even if it moves in the wrong direction.

How about creating a joint sanctions system for countries that cause trouble to other countries by utilizing the framework of the United Nations and the G20?
