日本の「タテ社会」：Japan's "vertical society"

タテ社会は日本古来の特徴。
いわゆる組織での上下関係が強いのは、日本の強い特徴らしい。
 
日本もより国際化を目指すなら、「ヨコ」の連帯感によって組織を進められるようにしていきたいものです。
Vertical society is a characteristic of ancient Japan.
It seems that Japan has a strong hierarchical relationship in so-called organizations.

If Japan also aims for more internationalization, I would like to be able to promote the organization with a sense of "horizontal" solidarity.
