熊本豪雨：Kumamoto heavy rain

毎年この様な豪雨が来ることを想定して対策をとらなければならない。
 
まずは川の氾濫だけは起こらないよう、堤防の再構築が必要。
 
私達も自分事として置き換えて、万が一の災害対策をとろう。
