避難所も危険：Evacuation shelters are also dangerous

避難所さえも危ないくらいの豪雨。
 
毎年この様な状況が続くなら、公共事業などで災害対策が必要。ただコロナ対策でも国はお金を使ってるので、予算も厳しい。
 
まずは自分で自分の身を守ろう。「自分は大丈夫!」と考えてしまうことが、実は大丈夫ではない。
この「正常性バイアス」に注意。
