性犯罪対策にGPS活用は是か非か?：Is GPS Useful For Countering Sex Crime?

性犯罪者の仮釈放中にGPSをつけて監視する制度が人権侵害と言えばそうかもしれない。
 
しかしあくまで仮釈放。再犯する恐れがあるなら、完全な釈放はできないのだから、釈放を前提とするなら、GPS制度は進めた方が良いと思います。
その声をあげていきましょう。
