黒人差別問題：Black discrimination

アメリカの黒人差別は根深い。収入・雇用比率・労働環境全てにおいて白人より劣るらしい。
 
加えて今回の白人警察官による黒人殺害。しかしこの黒人でもには白人も多く参加している。
 
となると、これは人種だけでなく国の政策の問題ではないか。黒人差別をまずは制度から見直しできないのだろうか?
American black discrimination is deep-rooted. They seem to be inferior to Caucasians in terms of income, employment ratio, and working environment.

In addition, this time the white police officer killed a black man. However, many white people also participate in this black person.

Then, isn't this a problem not only of race but of national policy? Is it possible to review black discrimination first from the system?
