アビガンとレムデシビルの承認の違いは、治験の参加者となる患者を集められるかどうか。集めた中で、服用した患者としなかった患者の違いを示さないと、承認されない。
 
アメリカ発のレムデシビルは、「国際共同治験」を実施して世界で患者募った。アビガンも多くの患者で治験しないと承認はされない。
