子育ての環境整備：Child care environment improvement

死亡数から出生数を引いた「自然減」が約52万人。鳥取県の人口(約55万人)匹敵する人口減。
県一つがなくなるほどの人口減と考えると、少子化問題はかなり深刻。
 
若い女性の減少、未婚・晩婚が一因とされているが、男女とも働きながら子育てできる環境がより必要。
子育ての環境整備に取り組もう。
The "natural decrease", which is the number of deaths minus the number of births, is about 520,000. Tottori prefecture's population (approx. 550,000) comparable population decline.
Given that the population is declining to eliminate one prefecture, the declining birthrate is a serious problem.

The decrease in the number of young women and unmarried and late marriage are thought to be one of the causes, but an environment where both men and women can work and raise children is more necessary.
Let's work on improving the environment for raising children.
