遅い!確かに簡単に使ってはならない言葉かもしれないが、もっと早く表明することで、とることが対応もあったかもしれない。亡くならなくて済む人がいたかもしれない。
中国やアメリカのような大きな国に負けないくらいの力を持ったWHOに再編成してほしいです。
